Organized by the esteemed Associação Cultural Kinoforum under the leadership of Zita Carvalhosa, this festival is a celebration of cinematic artistry and creativity.

Objectives and Vision 

The São Paulo International Short Film Festival strives to create an enriching exchange between Latin American and international film productions. Rooted in cultural diversity, the festival aims to showcase films that contribute significantly to the evolution of short films in terms of aesthetics, format, and production methods.

Program Categories: A Platform for Every Story 

Whether your film belongs to Brazilian Programs, International and Latin American Programs, or falls within the realm of Immersive Films, the São Paulo International Short Film Festival provides a platform for every narrative. 

🎞 Submission Guidelines and Deadlines 

Films of all genres completed after January 1st, 2023, are eligible.

A double deadline approach: 

March 31st, 2024, for films completed in 2023; 

April 29th, 2024, for films completed in 2024.
