At the Stand

Created in 1995, the Kinoforum Cultural Association, a non profit organization, carries out activities and projects that support the Brazilian audiovisual and promotes citizenship formation focused on cultural and social inclusion. One of the main projects of the NGO is the São Paulo International Short Film Festival created by Zita Carvalhosa in 1991, one of the main events for short films in South America. The 35th edition of the festival will be held in from August 24 to September 3, 2023

Spcine – the city of São Paulo Film and Audiovisual Company - oversees the development, financing and implementation of programs and policies for film, TV, digital games, and new media, fostering the economic and creative potential of São Paulo's audiovisual sector and promoting its socio-cultural impact. In Clermont-Ferrand, Spcine presents a screening of short films from São Paulo and supports the coming of a Brazilian delegation.
