Better me 成長小組 "Better me Growth Programme

目標 Objective:

• 提升學生對自身情緒/壓力的認識，建立健康正面的生活模式

Enhance students' awareness of their own emotions/stress and foster the development of healthy and positive lifestyle

• 加強學生對成績問題的認識和警覺性，避免已不當方式(如吸毒)應對成長挑戰

Strengthen students' awareness and vigilance regarding academic performance issues, prevent inappropriate coping mechanisms such as substance abuse in response to growth challenges.

內容 Content:

• 為有情緒困擾/人際相處出現困難/高危青少年提供小組活動，如透過集體遊戲或表達藝術形式，讓學生表達自己情緒，從而更認識自己。Offer group activities for students facing emotional challenges, struggling with interpersonal relationships, or identified as high-risk adolescents. These activities, such as collective games or expressive arts, provide a platform for students to express their emotions and foster self-awareness. By engaging in these activities, students can explore and understand themselves better in a supportive and connected environment.
