Uniform Pre-Order Form

Welcome to the Uniform Pre-Order Form for King Henry VIII College. 

This form has been designed to ensure your child(ren) receives the correct uniform items in the appropriate sizes ahead of the upcoming school term. Please carefully read the instructions below before proceeding: 

• This form enables you to pre-order the necessary school uniforms, ensuring availability and proper sizing. 

• All orders must be submitted by Monday, 23rd June 2025. Late submissions may lead to delays or limited stock availability. 

• Please refer to the provided size guide to select the appropriate sizes for your child. We recommend measuring your child to ensure accuracy.

• Payment details are included on the form. Orders will only be processed upon payment confirmation. 

• Pre-ordered uniforms will be ready for collection starting Monday, 4th August 2025 at the Uniform Shop, located at Block A, Level G.

• Important Notes:

  1. • Exchanges are permitted only for unworn items with original tags and are subject to stock availability. 

     • Please double-check all order details before submission to avoid processing delays due to incorrect information.
