MOE TRACKER

The MOE Tracker is designed to assist families applying to King Henry VIII College in monitoring the status of their Ministry of Education (MoE) support letter application. This tool allows parents and guardians to check the progress of their application periodically until the approval is granted.

Key Points to Note:

• The application process for the Ministry of Education (MoE) support letter takes approximately one month from the date of submission. 

• We strongly advise parents not to purchase flight tickets or enter Malaysia until the approved MoE support letter has been received, to avoid any complications. 

• Once the MoE support letter is approved, parents may enter Malaysia up to two months before the start of the term. 

• Upon entering Malaysia, please submit your child's complete documents for visa application within the first week of entry.
