To support our parents, the Admissions Office provides a range of administrative services that can be accessed throughout your child’s enrolment at KH8. These include the application for Parental ID Cards, which are required for campus access and security purposes, as well as requests for official school documents. Parents may request documents such as a Certificate of Attendance, School Leaving Letter, Confirmation of Enrolment Letter, Bank Letter, or other special request letters and certificates.
These services are designed to ensure smooth communication, provide necessary documentation for official or personal matters, and make your experience with the school more convenient.
PARENTAL ID CARD APPLICATION 👤🆔
All parents and legal guardians are required to apply for a Parental ID Card upon their child’s enrolment. This card serves as the official identification for parents within the school community and is essential for campus access, attending school events, and collecting students.
The Parental ID Card is an important part of our security measures, ensuring that only authorised individuals are permitted entry to the school grounds. Each card is personalised and must be presented when requested by school staff or security personnel.
Parents will be notified once their cards are ready for collection. Lost or damaged cards should be reported to the Admissions Office immediately so that replacements can be issued.
