INSPIRING GIRLS BUILD AND DRIVE WORKSHOP AT THE UNIVERSITY OF CADIZ - 14-17 JUNIO 2021
The teams were happy to have their cars built and tested with a variety of bodywork options.
Congratulation and we all look forward to meeting up at the next Goblin event, with special thanks to Navanti and Womandigital for their support in making this event possible.
It was great to work with Inspiring Girls in a new style of workshop events, starting in Cadiz, but to be applied nationally.
Two teams each built their own kits with monitors from the Cadiz University hepling with any technical details during this intensive 2 day build process.
ESCUELA INDUSTRIALES UPCT F24/F24+ CIRCUIT RACE - 22 MAYO 2021
It was great to be back at the Cartagena circuit after the circuit events had to be suspended in the 2020 race season.
We will be back at Cartagena in our 4 race circuit events that are planned for after the summer holidays.
BRIDGESTONE torrelavega URBAN RACE - 16 MAYO 2021
BRIDGESTONE BARAKALDO GOBLIN GATHERING - 4 ABRIL 2021
On the 4th of April we ran our first Goblin Gathering of 2021, with the 15 participants per team being split into 3 separate groups of 5 in order to comply with our COVID protocols.
As in previous Iberia Goblin events we had children participatin in all 3 race activities, the results summary of which can be seen in our 2021 results page.
Thanks to the Greenpower Iberia key event partner Bridgestone, with whom support from the local partners indicated below was coordinated to make the event possible and such a memorable day for all children who participated.
Prizes were given for each of the drag, slalom and sprint driving activities, as well as the additional awards relating to different aspects of the car design, with Inspiring Girls awarding a Green Georgians the prize for Greenest Bodywork and the Colegio of Industrial Engineers of Bizkaia receiving the Spirit of Greenpower award for donating 2 Goblin kits to schools in Barakaldo.

BRIDGESTONE BILBAO URBAN RACE - 14 MARCH 2021
This first race in the 2021 season was the Bridgestone Bilbao Urban Race on the 14th of March with strict COVID protocols in place to assure that teams maintained themselves in their corresponding social groups.
It was thanks to the support of Bridgestone and the event partners that we were able to hold this race, including the electric safety car supplied by Mini Enekuri Motor as our safety car.
With teams coming from as far away as the University of Lisbon with their PSEM cars that have one the International Siemens Engineering and Design awards on various occasions.
In addition to the race clasificarions for the F24 and F24+ categories, it was with pleasure that we were able to recognise the efforts of different teams with awards for the Best Engineered Car, Best Bodywork, Greenest Bodywork and Spirit of Greenpower.
A very special gesture was also made by the Real Peña Motoristas Vizcaya who awarded a place to participate in the 2021 ECO Rallye, helping to motivate young people in the sustainable motorsport of the future.
