Collecting in-kind donations from home or on your own time is a huge service to our local community.  This can be done as an individual, family, group, club or school.  Anyone can collect new school supplies on behalf of our efforts to get supplies to students in need in Cobb County.  Your hours worked can be signed off on.

Click on link below to print out a flyer to be used at home.  This flyer can help you collect new school supplies for students of all ages.  Simply print the flyer, fill in your name, address or drop off location, and when you would like the donations dropped off by.  

Then bring all of your collected donations to one of our drive by drop off collections at the Cobb Civic Center on Saturday, July 20th from 9 am - 1 pm.  If this time frame does not work for you we can work out an alternate drop off day/time. 

All donations received on behalf of KIDS CARE will be donated to students in need in Cobb County, GA. Can you help us?  We would love your help!

There are multiple jobs for Volunteers on July 29th.  You may choose to sign up to be indoors or outdoors at the Cobb Civic Center.  

OUTDOOR VOLUNTEERS Needed to stand outside under the KIDS CARE tent where school supply donations will be dropped off by the public.

• Volunteers will unloaded the donations from the vehicles or receive donations via hand off from the public.  

• The volunteers will then move the donations to inside the Cobb Civic Center.  

• Volunteers will then return to outdoor station to receive more donations.  

• Must be able to lift amounts up to 30 lbs. 

• Last shift will pack up tent & supplies. 

INDOOR VOLUNTEERS Needed to: 

• Count donations

• Sort donations

• Organine donations 

• Stuff backpacks with school supplies

We will really need volunteers after our school drive on July 20th.  Volunteers will be needed for several different tasks to help us finish:

• organizing

• counting

• stuffing backpacks

• moving backpacks

We will have more details on where we will meet as the date gets closer.  This meet up and service will be within Cobb County, most likely in Marietta.
