The Future is Here!
Robotics raises an equal amount of interest across all age groups. This futuristic branch deals with the entire creative, construction and application process of robots. As a science, the study of robotics involves everything from designing the structure of a robot to developing the code to program its functions. Robotics prepares students for the competitive workforce of tomorrow.
Our Robotics curriculum has been meticulously designed to allow our young geniuses to extensively explore the world of technology and robotics. Robotics is a fun and effective way to introduce children to not only programming but also to engage their interests in other subjects in a creative manner. It makes them learn Science and Math in engaging ways.
Bread Board - Simple Circuit
Students learnt how current flows in a circuit and how to use a breadboard for making a circuit. Grade VI students designed a circuit using electrical components.
Bread Board - Electric Circuit
Students learnt the use and working of basic electrical components like LED, Switch and battery. Students of Grade VIII created circuits in series and parallel using multiple LEDs.
Heartbeat Activity
Light Sensor
Students learnt about the working of Micro:bit. After learning how to create visual effects on a Micro:bit, Students of Grade VI wrote a code to display a heart icon on the Micro:bit.
Students were taught concepts of sensors as input devices. Students of Grade VIII created a code based on the concept of light frequency to produce vibration using a buzzer.
Sound Production
Traffic Light
After learning working of a Piezo Buzzer and use of Micro:bit to produce different sound frequencies, students of Grade IX created a circuit to test how different frequency values produce different sounds.
Students learnt the role of resistors in a circuit. Students of Grade IX created a traffic light system using LED lights, resistor, and Micro:bit where in each LED glows for 9 seconds and a timer is displayed on Micro:bit.
