Hong Kong People
This photo was taken on one of Hong Kong's many Highrise buildings on Lantau Island, over looking Hong Kong's costal landscapes. The boy in the photo faces towards the view in admiration of Hong Kong's blend of city beauty and natural beauty, the color pallet being a mainly colder- duller drawing attention to the sky light& building lights. To ensure that my photo is ethical I asked the boy in the photo for his consent to use him in my photo, as well as positioned his face away from the camera.
Hong Kong's City and Landscape
I chose this photo over all the other photos because of its display of Hong Kong's beautiful urban jungle. This photo was taken at the roof of the Hong Kong Club, which is one of Hong Kong's most iconic and historical gentlemen's clubs. This photo has an appealing and perplexing composition of color's and reflections. I have a deep connection with Hong Kong and its city and love to photograph its beauty. I ensured that this photo is ethical by asking a member of staff if I was allowed to use their view for my photograph project.
