VHSL Information 

In order to be eligible to condition or tryout for any sport at King George Middle School, your child must obtain a blue card from the Middle School Athletic Director.  The blue cards will be electronic this year and the athletic director forwards them directly to the coach of the sport the athlete wants to try out for.  In order to obtain the electronic blue card, the athlete must complete the following steps:

1.  Obtain a VHSL Physical form and get a physical from a licensed physician.  The physical must be completed and dated and signed after May 1st for the upcoming school year. (May 1, 2024 for the 2024-2025 school year)  One physical is good for the entire school year.

2.  Deliver or email the completed 4 page physical form with all pages filled out to the athletic director

            **Physical will not be processed if all 4 pages are not filled out**

3.  Complete and pass XLNT Brain concussion baseline test.

4.  Athletic director will complete a grade check and determine eligibility.
