In order to participate in conditioning and tryouts, you must have:

• Complete the interest form

• A valid VHSL physical dated after 5/1/2024 turned in to the athletic director

• Completed grade check

• Pass the XLNTBrain concussion test (see directions below-cannot complete until July)
