A valid VHSL physical dated after May 1st, 2024 (5/1/2024) turned in to the athletic director
Completed grade check
Pass the XLNTBrain concussion test (see directions below-cannot complete until July)

Thank you for your interest in the KGMS cheer program. This can be a truly rewarding and learning experience, but it requires a TREMENDOUS amount of time and energy. A squad member must be willing to practice on their own time and be present for all squad practices and activities. All squad members must work well with others; as cheerleading requires teamwork! Please be aware of this as you prepare to take on the challenges and responsibilities of becoming a KGMS Cheerleader.
