Registration

All 5th-9th graders (including homeschoolers age 10-15) are welcome. First, fill out the registration form, and you will be sent instructions on making payment and completing a permission slip. After payment, you will be sent your delegate info and country options.

There is no team registration fee, just the individual fee per delegate. Individuals are welcome to attend without a team.

$25 per delegate if paid by early registration date of September 15, 2025

$30 per delegate if paid by the regular registration date of October 18, 2025

$35 per delegate if paid by the late registration date of October 24, 2025

$40 per delegate if paid on site on October 25, 2025.

Note: No refunds after invoice. We can, however, usually accommodate extra delegates and some small changes.

After registration, we will send payment info and a permission slip to the person who registers to pass along to their attendees to fill out. If the delegate fee is a financial burden, you may state that in the registration form, we will not turn away any delegates seeking financial assistance.

All delegates (including individual or homeschool registrants) must have an adult stay for the first-morning session on Saturday to ensure a smooth start. Delegations with more than two delegates need at least one chaperone to be nearby the entire conference. Break rooms will be provided to all chaperones and advisors.
