Thank you Delegates and Delegations for an amazing KeysMUN III! Please fill out feedback:
Tech - Similar to other conferences, our tech policy in committee is "unmod tech". You may use tech to conduct research and write resolutions during unmod, however we do not want tech to detract from the conference experience during moderated sessions. Please make sure your phone is turned off or on silent. The specifics of this policy is under the chairs' discretion.
Respect & Diplomacy – Address delegates formally and maintain professionalism in negotiations, use standard MUN procedure. Collaborate and negotiate constructively in caucuses, debates, resolution drafting, etc. Respect each other, the chairs, and the room space.
Language – English is the official working language. Use clear, and respectful, wording at all times.
Professional Conduct – Remain attentive, avoid side conversations, and follow the dais’ instructions.
Decorum – Speak only when recognized by the Chairs; represent your country’s stance with dignity.
Punctuality – Do your best to arrive on time and return promptly after breaks to keep debate on track.
AI and Plagiarism - No AI allowed for writing speeches, resolutions, etc. We do not tolerate any plagiarism; all sources must be cited properly. For a more detailed AI policy for position papers, please see the Position Papers page.
Strictly No Inappropriate Conduct - We have a zero-tolerance policy for derogatory and/or offensive words or behavior, whether in role or not.
We reserve the right to take action against infractions, up to and including dismissal from the conference.
