After you are finished with the research, you have to make a Research Paper. This document is what you will submit to the science project competitions.
Research Paper is written in the following format.
A4 paper size
portrait layout
margin: 4 cm upper, 4 cm right, 3 cm left, 3 cm lower
text space: 1.5
The following list shows the content of a research paper. Chapter 1-3 are similar with the content of Research Proposal. You just need to add Abstract, Chapter 4, and Chapter 5. You can also find the template and some examples of the research paper below.

Author(s) name
word: ABSTRACT
Abstract content
The text consists of maximum 300 words
The space is 1.
Includes the background, aims, method, result, conclusion
Keywords
maximum 5 words that represent the research

explain how to make the product
describe the experiment design
explain the tests methods
result [2.00"]
show a diagram
elicit information from the diagram
conclusion [30"]
confirming the hypotheses
suggestion/ future research [optional]

Poster size may vary for each competition. Check the event's guidelines.
Research Poster is basically the summary of your research paper. However, it must have a visual aspect that speaks louder than the text.

Many competitions require their participants to present their project only in booth, using the poster and displayed product/ prototype. Booth presentation will be less formal compared to a closed judging session that uses presentation slide. However, you must explain all the important aspects of your project interactively while showing the judges your poster or product/ prototype.
These are the contents you must cover in the poster presentation.

Background
Method
Result
Conclusion
Closure with punchline
Poster presentation skill includes:
loud enough voice
good expression (smiling, happy, confident)
maintain eye contact, avoid reading from the poster,
efficient gesture and body movement,
task distribution between presenters

If you want your research to be published in the research Journals, you have to simplify its content and format. Different Journal may have its own rule, so it is best to get the template from the intended Journal's official.

Graphic design skill is important to design a good visual for presentation slide, poster, and booth. While design is not the main aspect of scoring, visualisation can make your research presentation as powerful as can be.
