PINK SHIRT DAY | SPIRIT-WEAR
Is it safe? Is it fair? Is it kind? Our school motto says it all. Join us to help spread the message of kindness, and take a stand against bullying, by wearing pink this Pink Shirt Day. Kerrisdale spirit wear pink tees are available to order online HERE (ordering is now closed)
PICK UP: Monday February 23rd
WEAR PINK: Wednesday February 25th
A portion of sales from Pink Shirt Day tees will be donated to the CKNW Kids' Fund (https://www.pinkshirtday.ca/about), raising funds to support anti-bullying initiatives and programs in Western Canada.
Pink Shirt Day is an annual event against bullying (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bullying). Participants wear pink shirts and attend or host informative events to raise awareness about bullying, particularly in schools. More information HERE
FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT: ZOOTOPIA 2
Join us for a cozy Family Movie Night in support of the Kerrisdale Elementary School PAC!
Kids are encouraged to come in their PJs, and families should bring blankets and pillows to get extra comfy.

DINNER: Order a delicious White Spot meal through MunchaLunch for a hassle-free dinner during the show.
TREATS: REMINDER TO BRING CHANGE/CASH AS There will be FUN snacks available for purchase, BRING CHANGE/CASH!
*All individuals attending require a ticket (including adults).
Note: All groups of children must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.

ANNEX VOLUNTEERS NEEDED SIGN UP HERECelebrate Lunar New Year with a day of fun and festivities! Annex students will begin the day by traveling to the main school for a special performance, then return to the Annex to enjoy a variety of crafts and activities.

WELCOME BACK STUDENTS + FAMILIES!
Classes run for 1-hour on September 2nd. It is important students come so the teachers and administrators can ensure new classroom organization progresses swiftly.
During this hour - parents are welcome to attend the PAC WELCOME BACK TEA/COFFEE at their respective schools. ***all parents & families are welcome***
