Rob Martens has been teaching for a grand total of 34 years. Martens is very dedicated to his craft and works of long hours to ensure the Wolfpack Vanguard is in top performance shape. Marten's biggest successes are watching his students become professional musicians, band directors, and top performers. He ensures the success of each of his students and allows them every opportunity to grow.

Alyssa was a performer at Ridgeview and has since come back to teach Colorguard. Her favorite Marching show is Día de los Muertos 2015 and her favorite Winterguard show is Outnumbered 2022.
