MS Solo and Ensemble

Students may choose to perofmr a Solo or in a small Ensemble in the Michigan State Bandand Orchestra's yearly Solo and Ensemble Festival.

• Solo registration cost is $15.00

• Ensemble registration cost (duet-quintet) is $10.00 per person 

• Ensemble registration cost (Quintet - Chamber ensemble) $50.00 total divided amongst the members.

• If a solo has an accomniment, you must provide one.  Please contact your teacher if you need help finding an accompaniment. This may cost an additional fee if you must hire a pianist.

• Entries must by 90 seconds for solos and ensembles up octets.

• Chamber Music (9+ players)  Pieces must be 3 minutes in length.
