7:00 AM – Bus Departure from E. Kentwood HS

8:30 AM – Arrive at CMU and check in

9:00 AM – Rehearsals and Sectionals

12:00 – 1:30 – Lunch

1:30 – 4:00 – Rehearsals and Sectionals

4:00-5:00 – Presentation and Performances

5:00-6:30 – Dinner

7:00 – Concert

9:00 – Depart for E. Kentwood HS
10:30 – Arrive at School 

Orchestra Offerings

There will be three orchestra for this event.

Easy level orchestra – Plays level 2-3 music (Philharmonic and Fall Semester Concert Orchestra Level)

Intermediate Orchestra Level – Plays level 3-4 music (Concert Orchestra or Symphony Orchestra Level)

Advanced Orchestra – Plays level 4-5 (Advanced Symphony level.  Will Require a 3-5 minute excerpt of playing ability for audition. This should be submitted as an unlisted YouTube video. This video must be linked in the registration form.) 

Chaperone

Dr. Keith Dodson, Director of Orchestra
Dr. Jamie Fiste, Cello Professor
Dr. Alicia Valoti, Viola Professor
Dr. Matheus Souza, Violin Professor
Prof. Ed Fedewa, Bass Professor

Students will be chaperoned and assisted throughout the day with CMU college students.

Cost

Registration $20 Payable by Cash or Check (payable to KOPA)

$30 – For lunch and Dinner at on campus dining options. Electronic Payments or debit cards recommended. Please see Mr. Finley if you only have cash options. Bagged lunches are also acceptable if desired.
