7:00 AM – Bus Departure from E. Kentwood HS

8:30 AM – Arrive at CMU and check in

9:00 AM – Rehearsals and Sectionals

12:00 – 1:30 – Lunch

1:30 – 4:00 – Rehearsals and Sectionals

4:00-5:00 – Presentation and Performances

5:00-6:30 – Dinner

7:00 – Concert

9:00 – Depart for Kentwood HS
10:30 – Arrive at School 

Orchestra Offerings

There will be three orchestra for this event.

Easy level orchestra - Plays level 2-3 music

Intermediate Orchestra Level - Plays level 3 music

Advanced Orchestra – Plays level 4-5 (Advanced Symphony level.  Will Require a 3-5 minute excerpt of playing ability for audition. This should be submitted as an unlisted YouTube video. This video must be linked in the registration form.)

Students will be chaperoned and assisted throughout the day with CMU college students.

Cost

Registration $30 Payable by Cash or Check (payable to KOPA)

Lunch and Dinner is provided this year. You are welcome to bring snacks for throughout the day and should bring a water bottle.
