Schedule Corrections

Schedules for the 2026–2027 school year will be available in StudentVue starting Friday, August 14th, 2026. Please check your StudentVue often, as we are still adjusting classes and fixing schedules, which means your schedule might change before school starts. 

On the first day of school, Monday, August 24th, you must follow the exact schedule listed in your portal. Schedule changes are very limited this year and will only be approved for valid academic conflicts, not for personal preferences like choosing teachers or being with friends. 

*Please do not email your counselor for a schedule correction!*

✅ Valid Reasons for a Schedule Correction

You may ONLY submit a request if your schedule meets one of the following criteria:

• Empty Period: You have a missing/blank period on your schedule for 1st semester only (please go to the counseling office during the open period only).

• Credit Recovery: You failed a course and must retake it to stay on track.

• Duplicate Class: The exact same course is listed twice on your schedule.

• Advanced Course Drop: You are requesting to drop an AP or Advanced course.

• Senior Graduation Need: You are a senior missing a specific graduation requirement.

• Passed Class: A class that you have already taken and passed.

• Documented Conflict: You have a previously documented negative experience with a repeated teacher (requires administrative approval).

🚫 AUTOMATIC DENIALS — DO NOT SUBMIT FOR:

• Lunch period changes

• Specific period or time preferences

• Teacher preferences or requests to switch teachers (without previously documented negative experience)

Please review the attached document if you feel that you have a valid schedule correction that needs to be made.
