Student schedules for the upcoming school year will be available in StudentVue on August 13th, 2025.
We understand that some students may have questions or concerns and we want to make sure we have an equitable process in place for students to obtain the information that they need and get the individual attention that they deserve! This year we will be implementing a new process for requesting schedule changes.
Here is the new process for requesting a schedule change:
What’s New This Year:
All students MUST follow their current schedule on the first day of school (Monday, August 25th).
The Schedule Change Request Form will open after school on August 25th.
All requests must be submitted using the Google Form only — no emails please.
How to Submit a Request:
Use the official Schedule Change Request Form (Opens after school on 8/25)
Login with your school email to be able to access the form.
Only one submission allowed — include all desired changes in one form.
Counselors will notify you via school email if changes are approved or if more info is needed.
All changes will appear in StudentVue once processed.
Valid Reasons for a Schedule Change:
You have an empty class period that needs to be filled.
You failed a class and need to retake it.
You have duplicate classes on your schedule.
You want to drop an AP or advanced class.
You are a senior missing a graduation requirement.
You've already had a teacher and had a poor experience (requires administrative approval).
Important Reminders:
Help us be efficient - ONLY email your counselor when:
It’s been 3 school days since you submitted your form, and
You have not received an email or seen any changes in StudentVue.
Counselors return to work on Monday, August 25th. No requests can be submitted before that date.
No changes will be made for:
Lunch periods
Specific hour preferences
Teacher preferences
Not all requests can be approved due to class size and availability.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a change.
Deadline to Submit Requests:
Thursday, August 28th, 2025 by 2:30 PM
Requests submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure that all students have full schedules and are scheduled in the courses they need for graduation and academic success.
We will send emails if we have questions for you or if we need to meet with you, so please check your email often! We also encourage you to sign up for the Google Classroom for your class to get the latest updates.
We encourage you to sign up for the Google Classroom for your class to get the latest updates from the counseling office, administration, and club sponsors.

Equal educational opportunities shall be available to all students, without regard to the Protected Classes, age (unless age is a factor necessary to the normal operation or the achievement of any legitimate objective of the program/activity), place of residence within the boundaries of the District, or social or economic background, to learn through the curriculum offered in this District. Educational programs shall be designed to meet the varying needs of all students.
