On February 6 during PRIDE, all students will go to the auditorium to learn about the scheduling process
Counselors will visit English 11B and AP Language classes beginning February 10. Each teacher will be assigned a scheduling date between February 10 and February 24
Students will fill out a scheduling request form and bring the form with them on the day assigned by English teacher. ALL STUDENTS NEED TO HAVE THE FORM COMPLETED TO MEET WITH THEIR COUNSELOR
We encourage you to make thoughtful requests, as schedule changes will be very limited next year

Counselors will visit World History and AP World History classes beginning February 26. Each teacher will be assigned a specific scheduling date between February 26 and March 10.

Step 1: Scheduling sheets will be distributed during 1st hour on March 10
Step 2: Fill out your scheduling sheet as you go through the day. Each subject matter teacher will help you select the best class for next year. Remember that you will mark 12 total boxes on the sheet, including both front and back. Then write in 3 alternates that we will use in case there is not enough room in your 1st choices.
Step 3: On March 12 or 13 during your BioPhysics class, follow your teacher's instructions to meet with a counselor to review your requests.
There will be limited opportunities to ask questions on scheduling day, so please ask your questions ahead of time. Please come to class prepared to tell a staff member both your core and elective choices. If you do not make any choices, your counselor may choose for you.
If you are absent for scheduling, your EKFC counselor will work with you to select the correct classes or will select for you. We strongly encourage you to be at school on your scheduling day.
