Go to Google
Click the Three dots at the top right of the screen
Click Help
Click About Google Chrome
Check to see if it is up to date. If not, update.
If programs are not loading correctly, please try clearing the Cache.
In Chrome, click the three dots in the top right of the screen
Settings
Scroll to the bottom and click Advanced
Clear browsing data
Advanced tab at the top
Change “Time Range” to “All Time”
Select the following by placing a checkmark in the box beside…
Browsing history
Download history
Cookies and other site data
Cached images and files
Hosted app data
Click Clear Data at the bottom right
*If you want to clear out all of your autofill form data, you may select that one, as well.
The above steps will correct most Chrome issues for students and staff.
