Acting, Playwriting, Directing, Theatre History, Improv, Movement, Voice, Monologues, Auditioning, Theatrical Design

Students enrolled in Theatre I:

Have increased opportunities to be cast in the school musical and/or One-Act Play

Will participate in the KISD District Design Contest

Receive instruction from visiting high school theatre directors

Build confidence and strong public speaking skills

Develop collaboration and teamwork skills through group performance work

Participate in mentorship opportunities with 5th and 6th grade theatre students
