All About Mrs. Davidson

My name is Megan Davidson and I am so excited to be your teacher! I was born in Utah on November 25th, but I grew up in Texas, and have lived here for most of my life. This is my 9th year in Keller ISD and my 4th year at Sunset Valley. I love to read and would love to be a librarian someday. I graduated from Keller High School in 2008 and attended Brigham Young University Idaho. Fun Fact- I have worked in and/or gone to school in all Keller ISD feeder patterns! I can't wait to get to know you and your families this year!

I love supporting my students! If you have extra-curricular activities, please send me schedules so that I can try to attend. This is something that my son's 1st grade teacher did for him, and I always really appreciated it, so I would love to do the same.

Devan

This is my husband, Devan. We recently got married on May 24th, 2025. He is a videographer and currently works for a pretty big YouTuber. He loves helping in my classroom, so you might occasionally spot him as a mystery reader or at special events! He is very patient and kind, and I'm lucky to have him.

Ruby and Cruz

These are my beautiful kids, Ruby and Cruz. Ruby is 15 and a sophomore, and Cruz is 12 and a 7th grader. Both of them had amazing 1st-grade teachers who greatly impacted them, and my goal is to do the same for my students. I love my kids and I'm blessed to be their mom.

Milkshake

This is my sweet cat, Milkshake. I adopted her 10 years ago, and she has been such a blessing to our family. I always say that she is the best $10 I've ever spent. She is very affectionate and loves people. Despite being a "senior" cat, she is still very friendly and playful. She is super snuggly, and I love her so much.
