Individual Student System 

Each student has the opportunity to earn Panther bucks for showing Panther pride. They can turn in their bucks for class prizes or save and use in our panther store at the end of the nine weeks. I also will send home glow notes praising good behavior and actions. I will also send grow notes when there is a behavior that needs to be discussed at home so you can help me reinforce the positive behavior. 

Whole Group Behavior 

In our class we do have a class reward where the whole class has an opportunity to earn a reward that we all voted on. We want to fill our jar with little smiley pieces.
