A. Setting Up a Notification Email Address

If you have not set a notification email address, the setup screen will appear when you log in.

The notification email address will be used for various communications from Keio University, as well as for recovering your User ID (Guarantor ID) or password if you forget them. Please make sure to register your email address.

1.Log in to keio.jp using your User ID (Guarantor ID) (e.g., 99999999@gr).

2. The notification email address setup screen will appear. Enter your "Notification Email Address," "Notification Email Address (Confirmation)," and "Password provided in the notice sent to you or the password you set," then click [Confirm].

Please note that Keio IDs (e.g., keio-taro@keio.jp) cannot be used.

3. A message confirming the temporary registration of your notification email address will be displayed.

A verification email will be sent to the address you entered.

4. A verification email will be sent to the temporarily registered email address.

Please access the URL provided in the email to proceed with identity verification.

5. A registration completion message will be displayed.

6. A notification email will be sent to the notification email address you set.

If you are unable to receive emails at a mobile phone email address, domain restrictions may be active.

Please check to ensure that the following domain is not blocked. To check domain restriction settings for each mobile carrier, please refer to the links below.

If you still cannot receive emails after checking the settings below, please verify whether "Other Settings: Notify by email" is checked in the message sender settings.
