How to Check Your User ID (Guarantor ID)

To check your User ID (Guarantor ID), follow the steps below.

If you have not set (or have forgotten) your notification email address, and you have lost your Guarantor ID and password or have not received the notification postcard, please request a re-notification via the "Guarantor ID / Password Re-notification Request Form."

1. Access [Procedures if User ID is Unknown]. Enter your notification email address and the student's date of birth, then click [Confirm].

2. A [User ID (Guarantor ID)] notification message will be displayed.

3. Your [User ID (Guarantor ID)] will be sent to your notification email address. (An email notification will be sent within 10 minutes.)
