Saint Patrick's Day

　　每年的三月十七日為愛爾蘭的「聖派翠克節」,同時也是舉國同歡的國慶日，大家為了這一日穿上綠色元素的服裝或是戴上有愛爾蘭意象的紅鬍子，接著會開心地上街遊行、舉辦音樂會，藉此來紀念聖派翠克這位偉人！而散居在世界各地的愛爾蘭裔人非常多，所以至今不止愛爾蘭人慶祝此節日，英國、美國、加拿大等國亦共襄盛舉！

　　想當然爾，與國際接軌的“康橋人”也透過節慶介紹與活動認識這一節日、體驗各國文化風情；我們一齊穿上綠衣、綠帽，裝扮成守護金子的綠色小精靈，展現一片綠意盎然的樣子！並且透過Hot potato、電臀乒乓球、金幣在哪裡、投擲金幣…等闖關遊戲，讓孩子在三月天裡留下深刻的記憶！也讓孩子的笑容有如綻放在藍天中彩虹。

　　St. Patrick's Day, celebrated on March 17th each year, honors the patron saint of Ireland, St. Patrick. It is a day of cultural and religious significance in Ireland, marked by parades, festivals, and wearing green attire. The day is also associated with legends of leprechauns, pots of gold at the end of rainbows, and the iconic shamrock. It is a joyful occasion that brings people together to celebrate Irish heritage and traditions, and St. Patrick's Day at Kang Chiao was no different!

　　At our kindergarten, St. Patrick's Day was a lively celebration filled with fun activities and creative crafts. Over a few days, the students got to enjoy lots of engaging experiences and embrace the Irish spirit by making hand-printed shamrocks, leprechauns, and other festive decorations.

　　In addition to crafting, the children enjoyed exciting round-robin games organized for each level. Dressed all in green, the students eagerly participated in traditional Irish games like hot potato and pin the pot of gold on the rainbow! Every activity was carefully designed to promote teamwork, coordination, and, most importantly, laughter and fun among the children.
