The Learning Lab is at the heart of the KB Primary Care Network’s culture of interdisciplinary learning, and is the primary vehicle for ongoing optimization within our PCN. The Learning Lab promotes innovation and problem solving through openness, curiosity, relationship, and a willingness to experiment and take risks.
For 2025-26, the PCN Staff Learning Lab will run as a Staff Learning Lab - a regular opportunity for PCN staff (including Nursing, Allied Health, and the Aboriginal Health team) to focus on self-identified topics related to clinical and team-based care best practices. A chance to come together to focus on building success in our network by sharing tips, tricks, innovations, and best practices.
Each session will explore ideas and innovations to help make primary care more equitable and accessible in our region.
