Since its launch in 2022, the Health Connect Registry (HCR) has helped connect 10,000 people in Kootenay Boundary with a family doctor or nurse practitioner. This milestone highlights the ongoing collaboration among local clinics, care teams, and community partners working to strengthen access to primary care across our region.
