Tech Equipment for Student Checkout

The library has Chromebooks available for student check out for 5 days increments. A Student/Parent Equipment Use Agreement must be completed prior to checking out a device. Once the form has been submitted, a library staff member will call the parent to verify device checkout. Once permission has been verified, the student may check out a Chromebook and/or other listed technology under the guidelines of our circulation policy.

Please fill out the online Google Form below or print and sign the Student/Parent Equipment Use Agreement and return it to the library.
