In this class, we will cover the topics of understanding the mindset and strategies used by the sexual predator, domestic abuser, date rapist, terrorist, etc.; what attackers look for and how to avoid being an easy target; how to overcome a sudden violent attacker; and legal issues with respect to self-defense. You will also learn simple, but effective, hands-on step-by-step techniques specifically designed for women to use their strengths against a man’s weakness. The instructors at Escape Self Defense (escapeselfdefense.com) are two retired law enforcement officers that have over 30 years of experience each, as well as over 40 years of martial arts background.
