Level 6 Financial Services Professional
The Financial Services Professional Apprenticeship helps develop the skills for your teams to provide the best service and develop positive relationships, both internally and with your clients.
Senior Compliance / Risk Specialist Apprenticeship Level 6
Apprentices on this programme can choose one technical focus most relevant to their role: Specialist Risk, Financial Crime, or Compliance. They will also study towards a qualification from the International Compliance Association (ICA).
The key purpose of this role is to coach your team to provide an excellent Customer Experience to all prospects and customers of the scheme through our multi channelled contact centre. You will be responsible for motivating team members, providing support, guidance, quality checking and providing one to one feedback.
Ensuring clients are aware of all aspects of day to day banking including setting up payments and direct debits/ standing orders, cash transfers and foreign exchange.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.
