Advanced Credit Controller apprenticeship will work towards a Diploma in Credit Management from the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) which consists of four exams.
CICM recognises the importance of Continuing Professional Development ( CPD ) for credit professionals, they offer a programme to help you record progress and keep on track to your ultimate career goal.

manage customer accounts, ensuring that new customers have healthy credit and that existing customers have settled monthly accounts in a timely manner.
assess and make decisions about customer credit applications using a range of criteria including purpose of application, credit viability, customer payment history and customer credit-worthiness.
