For the 1500mts and the 800mts Running you need to concentrate on the journey not just the start and finish.

Staying in touch with the front group is important.

Running behind a another runner on their shoulder if wind is a factor.

Cross Country Running:



Fielding Skills: Get your self behind the ball and don't be scared to put your hands down. Get your body behind the ball if possible.

Throwing: We spent time last term of last year practicing some Cricket Skills. We want to continue on with a few skills associated with that.

Picking up and throwing Skills.

Practice this at home and school and see if you can hit a target placed at least a half of the courts outside our class.

Catching the ball in cricket is a skill that can change a game.
