Prior to your first appointment, you will receive intake forms to review and complete securely online.

Completing paperwork ahead of time helps maximize your first therapy session.
The intake session is an opportunity to begin building a therapeutic relationship and gaining a deeper understanding of your experiences, strengths, and goals.
During this session, we may discuss:
Current concerns and symptoms
Personal history and life experiences
Relationships and support systems
Coping strategies and strengths
Therapy goals and expectations
This session is collaborative and paced according to your comfort level. There is no pressure to share everything immediately.
Following the intake process, we will work together to develop a treatment approach tailored to your needs and goals.

Telehealth sessions are conducted through a secure HIPAA-compliant platform, allowing clients to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of their own space.
For telehealth appointments, clients are encouraged to:
Use a private and quiet location
Ensure a stable internet connection
Use headphones if desired for additional privacy
Payment is due at the time of service
Major credit/debit cards accepted
Superbills available for out-of-network reimbursement
Select insurance plans may be accepted

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
Three (3) consecutive no-show, no-call appointments may result in an automatic discharge from Ka Mana Services, LLC. Frequent late cancellations and no-shows although not consecutive may also result in a discharge from Ka Mana Services, LLC.
