Theme introduction:
In the last module of the training it's time to summarize the training experience individually and as a group.
This is an essential part of the training, where participants can, under the guidance of the facilitator, consider and reflect on what they have learned in the training. It is also a good idea to help participants consider how they intend to deliver the training in their own role. Sufficient time should be allocated in the training programme for the summary.
An anonymous feedback form allows participants to freely and honestly provide evaluations and feedback on the training.
Materials:
guiding questions (below)

Method:
Evaluation and feedback with guiding questions:
List the 3 most important things you learned?
What was useful for me?
How am I going to utilize the things learned in the training?
What would I have liked more of?
What did I not like?
It would be important to somehow compile the participants' experiences and feedback for the future.
Answering the questions can be done either alone or in pairs, which can create more reflection. It is a good idea to share at least the answers to the question “List the 3 most important things you learned” among all participants.
Suggested duration: minimum 45 minutes
