Our School Board has opted in the the Ministry of Education's donation scheme for 2025. This means that, instead of asking for a donation towards school fees in 2026, this will be covered by the Ministry of Education.
There are still some areas of learning that require some financial contribution however, due to the large components of the course(s) that have a 'take home' component to them. Any subject contributions will be invoiced to families towards the end of Term 1. Payment of these invoices is necessary to ensure students can complete courses.
Most co-curricular sports also have a season fee and these will be payable at the commencement of each season
There are several options for making any payments to Kaipara College. If a payment is being made manually, this can be done by visiting the Student Centre in the main Administration building, between 8:00am and 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Cash and EFTPOS payments are accepted.
For electronic payments, please use the following account:
Please ensure you include your student's name and the activity, event or other purpose of the payment.
