Enrolment Process

Part 1:

1. Please read the enrolment information provided on this website before completing the enrolment form.

2. Complete the online enrolment form which includes uploading scans or clear readable images of required supporting documents. Please name the files with the student name and the document name - e.g. billyratabirthcert

1. • Birth Certificate OR Passport

   • Proof of address

   • Last school report

   • Immunisation Record

   • Any other documents pertaining to your child's enrolment

Part 2:

Once your application has been received and processed, you will be sent a welcome letter via email notifying you of your login to the school portal followed by emails with links to complete the required digital forms mentioned below:

• Blanket Education Outside the Classroom (EOTC)

• Health Profile Form
