Dr Moses Thiga - Principal Investigator 

Dr Moses Thiga is a Senior Lecturer in the department of Computer Science and Information Technology in School of Science, Engineering and Technology. He holds a PhD in Information Systems (Kabarak University), an M.Sc. Information Systems Management (Liverpool University), an M.Sc. Statistics (Egerton University) and a B.Sc. Computer Science (Egerton University). His research interests are in the area of health informatics focusing on the application of Information and Communication Technologies for the improvement of maternal health care. He is also actively engaged in promoting computer science in high schools through a variety of  outreach activities.
