Natural rubber - to make a low-density mold of the body of the product and propellers
Rigid sculpting foam - used to create casting for rubber mold
12-volt gear motor - to turn the propeller and move the product
Aluminum propeller - to push the product through water
Plastic sheeting - to provide a barrier during casting mold
Remote control and receiver - to control propeller

Pallet knives - to smear and apply rubber for casting
Measuring tape - to determine appropriate measurements, must be at least 10ft
Protractor - to determine the appropriate angle for outer side panels of the body
Masking tape - to ensure foam mold stays in place during casting
Epoxy resin - industrial adhesive to combine parts together
Saw - to cut large portions of foam block and rubber molding
X-acto-knife - to cut smaller portions of foam for precision and detail
Air heater - to cure adhesive and melt rubber
Soldering iron - soldering wires into place
Gloves - to prevent adhesives and rubber from contact with skin
