If you are having trouble using your district-issued Chromebook at home, or are having trouble using any of the resources provided by either your student’s teacher or this website, you can get in touch with the Technology Department to try to resolve the issue by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.

Before Contacting Us

Please ensure that your issue is something we can help with.

  • You must have working internet service

  • The only devices we can help with are district-issued devices

  • Student ID numbers can be obtained from your student’s teacher, and you must have this number before anything requiring signing into an account can be used

Translations

SPS parents/students who need language assistance with technology should call 311 or email 311updates@somervillema.gov. A bilingual educator will contact you to assist you. Dial (617) 666-3311 if you are calling from a number outside of Somerville.

All questions are translated on the form, and issues can be submitted in the language of your choice. We will respond with a native speaker if possible, otherwise we will use Google Translate to communicate via email. Fill out the form by clicking on it below:
