Lion Camp 2026

Welcome LHS Class of 2030 and all new to LHS students! 

All new-to-LHS students are invited to Lion Camp on July 30, 2026! Lion Camp is an opportunity to explore the campus, learn about the traditions of LHS, and interact with various clubs and organizations to get involved with during your high school experience. 

We strongly encourage that students AND parents attend Lion Camp!

EASY PAYMENTS FOR mLISD & Laptop pick up BEFORE LION CAMP!

What is mLISD?

mLISD Laptop Pickup & Payments: Does your student still need to pay their mLISD fee or pick up their school laptop? We’ve made it easy to check both off your to-do list!

Here are the details for where and when to go:

• WHEN: 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM

• WHERE TO PAY: Outside the Cafeteria.

  • Fee Details: The non-refundable mLISD deposit is $60 per year ($0 for students on the free/reduced lunch program).

• WHERE TO PICK UP LAPTOPS: Behind the library with Mrs. Woodward.

Payments Online:

• EdPay - Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)

Payments on Campus: 

• Credit Cards, Cash (exact amount required, no change available), Cashier's Check, or Money Order

• Print out and complete the mLISD Student and Parent Acceptance Form 

  • (English & Spanish forms will be available at Lion Camp)

• Bring the Acceptance Form and cash directly to the campus.

• mLISD Scholarship Application - English

• Please Note:
  • Hardship scholarships are available. 
  • Students who are free and reduced lunch will automatically qualify for $0, but must complete the process of paying/applying.
  • Students cannot apply for the scholarships themselves.  The request needs to come from a parent/guardian.
