Letter from the Editor

Dear Readers,

I am excited to share our first issue of the FPMS Online Newspaper with you! We are a group of 6th-grade students who are part of The Photography and Journalism club and we want to share news from our school with you. As you can see in this issue, we have included high-interest pages that each member has contributed to. We decided exactly what we wanted to include in our newspaper and hope that you find everything informative and entertaining.

As everyone knows, school last year ended very differently and has started differently this year. Even if you are in-person, school is still very far from ¨normal¨. Virtual is also different than it was the first three weeks of school when all of the students and teachers worked online.

We all know it will be a while before Covid is better so we are going to have to get used to the ¨new normal¨ But, instead of dreading it until it is over, we can make the best out of it. We can still have fun while being safe at the same time. Our club is actually a combination of virtual and in-person students. So, as you can see, there is a way for us to work together.
