Aloha Neighbor-Island schools participating in the upcoming Middle Level Student Leadership Summit to be held on Wed., March 25, 2026 at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. As plans are being finalized we need your confirmed travel information by Feb. 20, 2026 to coordinate buses for ground transportation to the event.

Please follow instructions from the Community Engagement Branch regarding MSEA funds allotted to your school to purchase flights for all travelers. (See email from Catie Tejeda, 1/23/26)

• Only (1) representative per participating school should complete the form below; Multiple forms from the same school may result in duplicate or cancelled reservations

• Know the confirmed # of attendees representing your school before completing this form

• Have flight numbers & times (or estimates) available to include on form

• Complete form by Friday, Feb. 20, 2026 to guarantee bus transport to/from HNL to event venue
