Lanakila Elementary Dress Code

Uniform Guidelines

All students are required to wear a school uniform shirt from Monday through Friday except on school-designated special event days. On special free dress days students can wear their choice of clothing approved under the school’s Standard Dress Code (see below). Students dressed inappropriately will be sent to the office and provided a loaner uniform shirt. Loaner t-shirts must be washed, folded, and returned to the office the next day. If loaner t-shirts are not available, parents will be contacted to drop off a change of clothes.

Uniforms are available for purchase online at https://www.kulathreads.com/collections/lanakila-elementary-school

Uniform exemption applications are available in the school office and must be submitted to the Principal between July 1 and August 12. New students may submit the exemption applications within two weeks of enrolling. Exemptions are considered on a case-by-case basis for religious and health reasons only and are valid for the current school year only and must be renewed annually.
