Students will be able to recognize medical and trauma emergencies, evaluate medical situations, and apply basic technical knowledge and skills required in medical and trauma assessments.
Human Performance Therapeutic Services
Designed to inform students about therapeutic services and various treatments and procedures
Students will be able to recognize disorders and/or injuries to the human body and create a basic treatment plan for the relevant issue using appropriate treatment modalities.
Nursing Services
An applied course designed to develop the skills necessary for a career in nursing
Students will be able to assess, monitor, evaluate, and report patient/client health status, apply safety and wellness protocols, and communicate effectively with the patient and family members.
