Ecosystem Thinking for a Healthful and Thriving Hawaiʻi
Health Education Symposium
E Ola Kākou is a gathering of HIDOE staff and community organizations to share and celebrate diverse moʻolelo of health, resilience, and well-being. This Health Education symposium offers a unique opportunity to reimagine Health Education grounded in HĀ and reflect on the practices we want to sustain and nourish for a healthful and thriving Hawaiʻi for all. E ola kākou!
The theme for this year's E Ola Kākou is "Ecosystem Thinking for a Healthful and Thriving Hawaiʻi." The visual theme highlights nā manu nahele (native forest birds) as we celebrate Makahiki o Nā Manu Nahele.
